Footbag Jam comes back to Narooma
The event is a favourite with players due to the relaxed atmosphere.
Players from Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Hobart will be in attendance. Footbag is a sport, often known as 'Hacky Sack', an early brand name, where players perform a range of tricks by moving their legs, feet and bodies around a small bag.
Narooma is the first event each year on the Footbag calendar and gives the players a great chance to train together just a few months out from the national championships.
In attendance will be National champion and multiple world record holder Jeremy O'Wheel from Hobart.
The main organisers are Nathan Cope, a former resident of Narooma and Daniel Boyle, formerly of Bega.
Both players now live in Canberra and train together regularly.
They are happy to share some amazing south coast locations with the rest of the footbag community.
Last year's get together even had some international guests from as far a field as Canada and France.
The Australian Footbag community would like to thank the Cope family for all the generosity at previous events, and anybody else in Narooma who has helped with previous events.
